Paz Empower was founded in September 2024 by Ms. Jossie Paz, a seasoned banking professional with over a decade of experience in Belize’s financial sector. Throughout her career, she witnessed firsthand how many business owners struggled to prepare the necessary documents for credit applications and other banking services. Some lacked time, others lacked knowledge, and many felt discouraged by the complexity of the process.
Recognizing this gap, Ms. Paz created Paz Empower to equip entrepreneurs and small business owners with the tools, guidance, and support needed to establish thriving businesses and seek financing with confidence.
